WSP is currently seeking Emirati Graduates who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering to join our Property & Buildings engineering Integrated Construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to see designs transform from concepts into reality.

Your new role, what’s involved

1. Coordinate with design and delivery teams concerning project requirements and timelines
2. Ensure that all designs are reviewed to the required standards
3. Support the project submittals and No Objection Certificates (NOC) process
4. Stay updated with relevant technical developments within the disciplines
5. Understand the contract and scope of project deliverables
6. Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
7. Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met
8. Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager
9. Attend and contribute in team and project meetings as required
10. Contribute to the delivery of the BU strategy, including supporting the company's approach to sustainability
11. Ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and projects
12. Input into the work of the Technical Working Group (TWG)
13. Feedback on all business development opportunities

1. You recently graduated with a Masters or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
2. You want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice
3. You have excellent communication skills
4. You enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues
5. You have confidence to work under pressure with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively
