As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer in our Fursa Program, you'll gain hands-on experience in Wet Utilities contributing to key infrastructure and land development projects in Al Ain. Work alongside expert engineers on road networks, security infrastructure, and sustainable solutions.

What You'll Do:

1. Engineering Design & Support: Develop calculations, sketches, and project models.
2. Technical Application: Apply engineering principles to real-world challenges.
3. Project Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams & assist in site inspections.
4. Software Utilization: Use industry tools like AutoCAD & Revit.
5. Continuous Learning: Grow your skills & drive innovation in engineering.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Recent graduates (2024 or 2025) with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Passionate about infrastructure, utilities, and sustainable engineering solutions.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Enthusiastic team player with a drive to learn and grow.
5. Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Preferred Coursework: Strong preference for candidates who have studied one or more of the following subjects:
  • Fluid Mechanics
  • Hydraulics
  • Water Supply and Sewerage
  • Hydrology
• Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 graduates.
• Start Date: Must be available to join by March 15, 2025.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.8 or a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).
