We are looking for Graduate Engineers - Emirati Nationals with a background in Structures to join our supervision team for projects based in Dubai.

Your new role, what's involved

1. Assist in conducting inspections of structural elements, including foundations, concrete structures, steel frameworks, walls, and roofs, under the supervision of senior engineers.
2. Learn to verify compliance with design drawings, specifications, and building codes by reviewing construction activities and materials.
3. Support the monitoring of construction quality, ensuring workmanship, materials, and construction techniques align with project requirements and industry standards.
4. Identify and document any deviations or non-compliance in construction work, reporting findings to senior engineers and assisting in recommending corrective actions.
5. Participate in the preparation of inspection reports, documenting findings, observations, and recommendations while learning best practices for report writing.
6. Maintain records of inspections, including photographs, checklists, and other relevant documentation, to support quality control processes.
7. Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, architects, and contractors, gaining exposure to coordination and communication in a construction environment.
8. Observe and learn about construction-related problem-solving, including identifying risks and contributing to practical solutions.
9. Assist in monitoring and enforcing safety protocols and regulations on-site while learning about occupational health and safety requirements.
10. Stay updated on construction practices, building codes, and industry regulations, applying new knowledge to support project supervision activities.
11. Contribute to continuous improvement by learning about inspection methodologies and helping refine quality assurance processes.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

1. Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Relevant experience in construction inspection or a related role is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of structural elements, building construction techniques, and relevant codes and regulations.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and documents.
5. Excellent attention to detail to identify and assess construction deficiencies, deviations, and non-compliance.
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey inspection findings and recommendations clearly.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
