Graduate Coordinator

Our client is wishing to recruit a Graduate Coordinator for lawyers and it can be either their Abu Dhabi or Dubai office. Working for an international law firm, you will look after all the Trainees and liaise with other international offices in the process and work on other projects as required. Ideally you will already have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or working in an HR coordinator capacity in professional services. Must already be in the UAE. Salary is AED15-20K.

General:

1. Ensuring excellent candidate experience, engagement and building strong relationships from recruitment events to completion of the trainee development programmes;
2. Day to day organization and scheduling of the Middle East and one or two other international office programmes (including the Summer Vacation Scheme/Internship, Open days, Assessment day);
3. Liaise with Human Resources, Business Office, and office administrators to ensure strong onboarding experience for future, summer vacation scheme/internship, trainees and secondees (where applicable);
4. Update and maintain record keeping procedures for the programmes and wider reporting;
5. Coordinate advertising and marketing materials, merchandise, and initiatives (including social media) for International graduate recruiting programs, working with Marketing and Business Development, and Communications teams;
6. Build and maintain relationships with target universities and organize profile raising activity at those universities, together with related campus activities, attendance at relevant law fairs;
7. Prepare and manage timely processing of invoicing and candidate expenses;
8. Support with other student recruitment projects.

Travel:

1. The role will involve some evening work and occasional overnight stays, where necessary for outreach events.
