As a Graduate Business Development/ Proposal Engineer, you will support the business development and bid management teams in preparing and submitting competitive bids and proposals. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong organizational and communication skills, looking to start a career in business development within the construction or engineering industry.

Your new role, what's involved

1. Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and gather relevant information for bid submissions.
3. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure all aspects of the bid are covered.
4. Maintain organized records of all bid-related documents and correspondence.
5. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates on bid progress.
6. Provide general administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
3. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
4. A genuine interest in the construction or engineering industry.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
7. This role is for Emiratization Purposes.
