Government Relations Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

• Responsible for following up online pending visas at the Immigration office for verification.
• Responsible for sending all the documents for Medical Emirates ID cancellation, OHC change of status typing to the typing center and collecting the applications if required.
• Responsible for assisting new associates for visa and OHC Medical from the Hotel to Hospital and vice versa.
• Responsible for collecting Emirates ID cards and OHC cards from the respective Govt. Authority and sending an email to the Govt. Relation Manager.
• Responsible for taking monthly Hotel reports for all the associates from Immigration Authority.
• Responsible for applying, renewing, and paying Etisalat, Ejari, Empower, and DEWA bills for the hotel.
• Responsible for assisting terminated staff to the airport to ensure their exiting the country as per the company’s policy.
• Responsible for any attestation of documents required by the associates as well as the Hotel documents attestation.
• Assist if required in providing updates regarding any pending visas, Emirates ID, OHC card to the Govt. Relation Manager on a daily basis.
• Responsible for following up with the team and tracking the cancellation applications and change of status while processing visa applications.
• Responsible for guest visas in case any visa was pending or rejected.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None.

Language: Arabic Speaker is a must.
