Government Liaison Specialist-Senior (UAE Nationals)

Maintain & Seek Necessary approvals from authorities on legally required documents like Labour cards, Visas, Residence Permits, Health Clearance etc. as required by law.

Grade - 11

• This position is for UAE Nationals only.
• Applies specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments, to support achievement of divisional and corporate goals.
• Participates / leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills with advanced verbal & written proficiency and ability to convey clear messages via emails, calls, query responses to different audience levels as required.
• Ability to draft English & Arabic formal letters to various local & regional authorities.
• Expert knowledge in dealing with local authorities with high knowledge & awareness of processes, procedures and requirements.
• Able to create and maintain business key contacts related to various Government and officials.
• Experience in dealing with Tasheel, AMER, TADBEER, TAWJEEH.
• Good knowledge of GPSSA.
• Expert with HR related applications such as work permits, residencies, absconding / cancellation, Free Zone and MoHRE processes.
• Ability to drive business continuity through maintaining solid credible relationships with local / regional authorities.
