Golf Services Attendant

What You'll Do:

As a Golf Services Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting our guests, members, and golfers, ensuring that their experience is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. From assisting with golf carts to ensuring equipment is ready for use, you'll be an essential part of the golf team. You'll also be responsible for keeping the golf facilities in top shape, maintaining equipment, and providing assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival and departure at the golf club and range.
2. Provide service during the round, responding promptly to any player requests.
3. Stock and maintain golf carts with beverages, towels, and amenities throughout the day.
4. Ensure carts are always staged and ready for use.
5. Maintain clean shuttles, club carts, and personal golf carts.
6. Clean and count player clubs before and after each round.
7. Set up and break down range equipment and amenities daily.
8. Perform closing duties such as washing golf balls, restocking buckets, and cleaning carts.
9. Provide valet services to maintain the highest standards of member satisfaction.
10. Potentially provide caddie services if qualified.
11. Attend department meetings and trainings as necessary.
12. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment.
3. Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and terminology are a plus, but not required.

1. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Ability to stay calm and focused during busy times.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
6. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
