Go Stream Software Engineer

An innovative financial services company is looking for a Go Stream Software Engineer to work on its flagship product. This web application provides centralized management of trading platforms and data aggregation within a single interface. It is a stable system actively used by 10-20 users daily. In 2025, the company plans to launch a new client-focused risk management product.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design high-load services from scratch
2. Analyze and optimize code, manage technical debt, and resolve bottlenecks
3. Conduct code reviews and ensure high product quality
4. Analyze product requirements and plan developments
5. Collaborate with engineers, technical support, and project managers to improve processes
6. Increase system stability and reliability under heavy loads

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of commercial Go development experience with a deep understanding of its core concepts and concurrency principles
2. Experience managing a development team of 3+ members
3. Expertise in high-load applications (thousands of RPS)
4. Strong knowledge of synchronization mechanisms, code profiling and debugging, as well as experience in unit and integration testing
5. Solid knowledge of Linux and SQL databases, experience with message brokers and external caching servers
6. Proficiency in microservices architecture principles, CI/CD processes, and application of SOLID principles and design patterns
7. Experience with OpenAPI, Protobuf, and GRPC
8. English level C1+, Russian B2+ or native

Will be a plus:

1. Experience with other languages and technologies (e.g., PHP, Docker, Kubernetes)
