Job Summary:

We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in Forex or Fintech industries and a proven ability to deliver quality hires with a quick turnaround time across diverse regions, including SEA, APAC, MENA, and other expansion markets. This role demands expertise in headhunting, utilizing regional job portals, and building talent pipelines to meet dynamic business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute efficient, targeted global recruitment strategies for SEA, APAC, MENA, and other regions, ensuring fast and effective hiring processes.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and regional leads to forecast hiring needs and establish rapid recruitment timelines.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates quickly using diverse methods, including headhunting, job portals, and networking.
  • Leverage regional job boards and recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, Seek, Bayt, Naukri) to tap into local talent pools effectively.
  • Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to enable shorter hiring cycles for critical positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment policies across all regions.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows and utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on global recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of global recruitment experience with demonstrated success in meeting hiring targets within tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in Forex/Fintech roles and familiarity with regional market dynamics in SEA, APAC, MENA, and other areas.
  • Proven ability to source and close roles quickly, especially in competitive industries.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processing is an advantage.

  • Multilingual abilities to facilitate communication across regions.
  • Experience in implementing recruitment process improvements to enhance speed and quality.
