ESSENTIAL JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Influencer Strategy Management: You'll be responsible for crafting and executing influencer marketing strategies globally, considering the budget.
  2. Influencer Management: Manage paid influencers globally by sourcing those who best fit our brand, overseeing deliverables, content approval, contracts, negotiations, and tracking data.
  3. Social Media Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends is essential.
  4. Event Planning: Create and execute a 12-month European event calendar, manage event logistics, and ensure alignment with brand objectives and goals.
  5. Affiliate & Digital Marketing: Knowledge in this area is required.
  6. Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing manager, trade marketing manager, and the full marketing team to create marketing presentations.
  7. Brand Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic brand partnerships, foster partner relationships, and evaluate partnership effectiveness.
  8. B2B Marketing & Communications: Drive B2B marketing initiatives, create engaging communications like newsletters, and keep partners informed of company updates and opportunities.
  9. Public Relations: Contact international and local media, managing public relations efforts to enhance the brand's image and reach.
  10. LinkedIn Management: Curate a 3-month pre-planned content plan and oversee communication and posts on LinkedIn, managing the brand's presence on the platform to engage with the audience effectively.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  3. Proven experience in influencer marketing.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  6. Digital Marketing & Affiliate Marketing knowledge.
  7. Experience managing & allocating budgets.
