Now we are looking for a Global Head of FP&A, you will be a part of our Global Finance team.

Job overview: As the Global Head of FP&A for Noventiq, you will drive strategic financial initiatives and performance analysis to support growth in emerging markets. This role requires an experienced leader with a deep understanding of international finance, who can balance global objectives with regional market dynamics. You’ll be responsible for overseeing complex budgeting and forecasting activities, conducting in-depth analysis, and providing insights to guide decision-making across a diverse geographic footprint. Team structure: report to Global CFO and Head of Corporate Development, have 3 direct reports but ability to grow the team. This is a new senior leadership role to oversee and drive analysis globally across the entire business.

Your Impact on the Mission:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, with a focus on emerging markets and cross-border considerations.
• Develop financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate growth opportunities, especially within high-potential regions.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align financial plans with global business strategies and regional market needs.
• Drive M&A evaluation and corporate and market strategy.
• Conduct ongoing financial performance analysis, including detailed variance analysis for both global and regional operations.
• Identify and drive key financial metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators specifically tailored for emerging market growth.
• Prepare and present financial insights to senior management and regional leaders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an FP&A team that operates across the regions, fostering collaboration and cultural sensitivity.
• Establish best practices and processes for financial analysis, reporting, and planning that are effective globally and adaptable to regional markets.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of financial planning tools and systems, ensuring they support global forecasting and analysis needs.
• Drive initiatives to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and increase the efficiency of cross-border reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO, executive team, and regional leaders, providing actionable insights on financial performance and market trends.
• Report to the Global CFO and Head of Corporate Development.

What You’ll Bring to The Table – About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior FP&A role within a global IT or technology organization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading finance functions in a complex, multicultural environment.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with a robust understanding of global finance and emerging market dynamics.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on managing and developing diverse, cross-border teams.
