Global EVP Contract Logistics

Job Description

Develop and assist with the execution of the global contract logistics strategy in alignment with DP World's overall objectives from a capability / operational perspective. Provide strong leadership to regional and local teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Implement Global key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the health success of the Contract Logistics business.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the contract logistics industry.

Build an industry thought leader in the contract logistics capability:

1. Operational Excellence
2. Share existing capability globally across all DP World operating regions and expand the current capability to meet the ever-changing market demands.
3. Streamline and enhance global contract logistics processes to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Oversee the implementation and adherence to best practices in contract logistics, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
5. Lead the innovation agenda to implement automation initiatives.
6. Collaborate with the IT team to implement fit-for-purpose WMS systems across DP World.
