Job Title: Global Director of Sales - Hotels

Job Description

The Global Director of Sales - Hotels will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and initiatives for a global hotel chain. This role involves developing and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share across key regions. The Director will manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include building relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to secure profitable deals. Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel sales management with a global outlook.
  3. Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  4. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams across different geographical locations.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the hotel industry trends and market dynamics.
