Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in business &/or relevant field

Experience:

1. Minimum 10 years of Business Development/Sales experience within the relevant industry
2. Global Industry Leads will be subject matter experts with core experience in the particular industry
3. Previous experience in commercial and P&L for a large company in the particular industry
4. Emerging Market experience and proven skills to have built new business/markets

Skills:

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to effectively contribute to multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and meet demanding timelines
3. Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and a passion for driving process improvement
4. Experience presenting to Senior Management
