Role Summary
A company is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Global Digital Marketing Director to lead the development, execution, and optimization of the global digital marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in the forex brokerage industry, a strong grasp of multi-channel digital campaigns, and the ability to drive brand growth across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Digital Strategy
    Develop and oversee the implementation of global digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation and brand visibility.
    Define short-term and long-term goals for digital channels, ensuring alignment with corporate growth strategies.
  2. Campaign Management & Optimization
    Lead the design, execution, and performance analysis of digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
    Leverage programmatic advertising, retargeting, and AI-driven marketing techniques to maximize ROI.
    Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  3. Global Branding & Localization
    Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while tailoring strategies to fit regional market dynamics.
    Work with regional teams to create localized content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  4. Data & Performance Analytics
    Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on digital performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and lead conversion rates.
    Drive data-driven decisions by identifying trends and actionable insights from digital data.
  5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
    Manage and mentor a global team of digital marketers, content creators, and performance specialists.
    Collaborate with sales, product, and compliance teams to ensure digital efforts align with business priorities and regulatory standards.
  6. Competitor & Industry Analysis
    Monitor competitor digital activities, including online campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
    Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative solutions into digital strategies.
  7. Compliance & Risk Management
    Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions.
    Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to advertising and promotions in the forex industry.
  8. Emerging Technology & Innovation
    Evaluate and implement new technologies, platforms, and tools to stay competitive in the digital space.
    Lead initiatives to incorporate AI, machine learning, and automation in marketing processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Lead Acquisition: Increase in qualified leads from digital channels.
  2. Customer Engagement: Growth in online engagement metrics such as click-through rates, time spent on site, and social media interactions.
  3. Campaign ROI: Improved return on investment across all digital marketing activities.
  4. Global Reach: Expansion of brand visibility in target regions, measured by traffic and engagement from key markets.
  5. Compliance Metrics: Adherence to advertising regulations and reduced compliance-related risks.

Qualifications And Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  2. 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the financial or forex industry.
  3. Proven track record of executing successful global digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Expertise in digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  5. In-depth knowledge of global compliance requirements and marketing standards in the forex industry.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
  7. Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results.
