We are looking for a charismatic and accomplished Brand Marketing Manager to join Kerzner International's dynamic Global Commercial Team. Working together with the Head of One&Only Brand Marketing and the Director of Brand Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing brand marketing strategies for One&Only Resorts and Private Homes, based out of the Kerzner Global Office in Dubai. The role requires a strong understanding in marketing-communication content across customer touchpoints and B2C channels.

We are looking for a talented, energetic and creative individual, with at least 3-5 years of experience working with luxury brands. The role will report to the Director of Global Brand Marketing for One&Only, working closely with the wider Commercial Team including Digital and Social Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, and each Resort's local Marcomms Team, bringing alignment and consistency across One&Only's B2C strategies. Candidates with strong graphic design, art direction and English copywriting skills are preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in luxury hospitality or luxury lifestyle brand working with luxury brands. Candidate can be from agency or client side. Proven track record managing successful brand, content and marketing strategies.
Occasional international travel.
