Job Purpose: About this role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing brand and product content to support and enhance the dnata brand globally. Working within the Global Brand & Content team to lead the development of dnata assets and content strategy.


What you will do:

  • Manage the creation and deployment of global brand assets with support from the Manager Global Brand & Content from briefing agencies and internal content teams to helping onset and postproduction.
  • Be responsible for the development of brand campaigns in response to briefs from the Manager Marketing Communications (MMC). Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with specialists within the department to showcase the dnata brands as well as developing relevant content and identifying opportunities to amplify communication.
  • Manage and execute asset creation and communications plans within approved budget and timelines.
  • Track and adjust expenditure across these as necessary flagging and escalating issues to Manager Global Brand & Content and Manager Marketing Communications.
  • Develop toolkits and brand guidelines for customer facing areas of the business in order to help them understand the brand positioning key message and brand application. Serve as the key contact for queries (internal or external) on the brand assets.

Qualifications & Experience: This role might be for you if you have:

  • Degree or Honours (123 or equivalent).
  • 8 years of experience in marketing management within a multinational company handling sponsorships and events.

Youll have an edge if you have:

  • The ability to critique creative ideas and give constructive feedback suggesting improved creative solutions in line with brand guidelines and objectives of the business.
  • Knowledge of how to produce creative content in the most cost effective way without compromising on quality.
  • An understanding of the roles of third party suppliers and what they bring to the table.
  • The ability to extend creative ideas across various channels (social, digital, banners, microsites, print, etc.) and a solid understanding of technicalities involved with each medium as well as the production knowhow to scale up in a cost efficient way.
