The Mercer Marsh Benefits Team is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Marsh GCC Office:

Title: Global Benefits Client Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Global Benefits Client Manager to manage global client relationships and provide oversight to the Client Service Manager (CSM) team. This role will involve directing the development of client deliverables and ensuring effective communication and negotiation with clients.

We will rely on you to:

  • Oversee and coordinate client deliverables, including presentations, data files, renewal decks, and stewardship reports.
  • Serve as the escalation point for managing client issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Launch renewals and coordinate kickoff meetings to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide day-to-day support for client accounts and gather data and information to share during client meetings.

What you need to have:

For Internal Employees:

  • A minimum of 12 months in your current role.
  • An ‘On track’ performance rating in the last appraisal cycle.
  • Strong experience in managing client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

For All Candidates:

  • Proven ability to expand client relationships and manage complex client issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple deliverables.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with clients and internal teams.
