We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Manager to join our growing team at Adler & Partners. As a boutique Corporate Service Provider, we specialize in Company Setup & Residency processing, as well as offering complementary services such as Company Auditing, Accounting, Golden Visas, UAE Wills, Bank Account Opening, and Real Estate Investment Advice in the UAE.

Sales Manager Role (German-Speaking)

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Manager to join our growing team at Adler & Partners. As a boutique Corporate Service Provider, we specialize in Company Setup & Residency processing, as well as offering complementary services such as Company Auditing, Accounting, Golden Visas, UAE Wills, Bank Account Opening, and Real Estate Investment Advice in the UAE.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you will focus on identifying new sales opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving the sales process for our corporate services. This role is perfect for someone with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills who is dedicated to exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed assigned sales targets, particularly within the German-speaking market.
  2. Conduct client consultations to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our services.
  4. Negotiate terms and contracts, addressing client concerns to close deals effectively.
  5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent and professional communication.
  6. Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout the processes.
  7. Utilize the CRM system to manage leads and track sales activities, ensuring data accuracy.
  8. Create and send quotations and invoices while calculating gross profit for each proposal.
  9. Maintain organized client records and folders.
  10. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  11. Coordinate with internal teams and external business partners to ensure a smooth process.
  12. Provide detailed feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality and client preferences.
  13. Take care of clients during their company & residency applications.
  14. Liaise with our referral partners to widen our network.
  15. Attend networking events for new client acquisition.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management or a related field is a plus.
  2. Languages: Fluent in German and proficient in English (verbal and written).
  3. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a UAE-based sales role with a proven track record of success.
  4. Skills:
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google products.
  • Highly organized and capable of working autonomously.
  • Team-player.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver's license.
