German Language Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic German Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the German language. As a German Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction to students of varying proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced learners.

• Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging German language lessons tailored to the needs of individual students and groups.
• Develop and implement curriculum and teaching materials.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and provide feedback.
• Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning trends.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve the training program.

• Requirements:
• Native or near-native proficiency in German.
• Bachelor's degree in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching German as a second language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop creative and effective lesson plans.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms is a plus.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Teaching certification (e.g., Goethe-Institut certificate, DAF/DAZ qualification, etc.).
• Experience teaching in a corporate environment or with adult learners.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
