Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of geriatric patients
• Develop individualized care plans that consider medical, emotional, and social factors
• Manage chronic diseases, including dementia, diabetes, and heart conditions, with a focus on evidence-based practices
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive measures, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine is required
• Active medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in geriatric medicine
• Deep understanding of the complexities of aging and age-related diseases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with elderly patients and their families
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
