Geriatric Medicine Doctor

Talentspoc LLC is in search of a dedicated Geriatric Medicine Doctor who is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of elderly patients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing various conditions commonly affecting older adults and will be committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate the medical and functional status of geriatric patients.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans to address a wide range of health issues.
• Monitor the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to foster a multidisciplinary treatment approach.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Stay informed about advancements in geriatric medicine to ensure best practices in patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine.
• Current and valid medical license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a geriatric medicine setting.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric syndromes, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with medical advancements.
