We are looking for a skilled, resourceful, and collaborative Senior Geotechnical Project Manager to join our client's team in Burlington, Vermont. The Senior Geotechnical Project Manager will work closely with a team of staff engineers and scientists on challenging and exciting projects largely in urban environments. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position, with opportunities to be challenged, contribute to project outcomes, interact routinely with project Principals and clients, and is designed to support your professional growth.

Minimum of ten years relevant experience and a BS in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Focus) or seven years relevant experience and a MS in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Focus).
Possess Professional Engineering Licensure.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of geotechnical engineering.
Experience with geotechnical field work and construction earthwork.
Strong organizational and time management skills combined with the flexibility to work with shifting priorities.
Desire and affinity for networking and business development.
Awareness and general understanding of environmental considerations (i.e., contaminated soil and groundwater management during construction).
Client-service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver to meet expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work well as a team member, with a collaborative communication style.
