Job Opportunity: Business Analyst Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi! If you have a passion for data analysis, business intelligence, and process optimization, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze data from both internal and external sources.
2. Prepare insightful statistics to support business decision-making.
3. Monitor and report on MIS & KPI performance across departments.
4. Ensure accuracy and error-free reporting of MIS data.
5. Measure SLA performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Assist with Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and test case preparation.
7. Develop relationships with partners to enhance integrations and optimize business processes.
8. Deliver regular insights and recommendations to the project team.
9. Continuously seek ways to improve monitoring systems and provide greater value to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools.
4. Knowledge of banking applications is a plus.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills.
