Generic Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from both internal and external sources.
• Prepare insightful statistics to support business decision-making.
• Monitor and report on MIS & KPI performance across departments.
• Ensure accuracy and error-free reporting of MIS data.
• Measure SLA performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and test case preparation.
• Develop relationships with partners to enhance integrations and optimize business processes.
• Deliver regular insights and recommendations to the project team.
• Continuously seek ways to improve monitoring systems and provide greater value to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools.
• Knowledge of banking applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
