General Technician HOUSING

Responsibilities:

1. To maintain a full and working knowledge of housing hardware operating systems and supporting tools available in the market today.
2. To ensure that monthly PPM in all the blocks assigned by Housing Manager/Supervisor are executed in a timely manner.
3. To be in charge of the overall maintenance of the housing, including attending to maintenance requests from Team Members in a timely manner.
4. To be available on call 24/7 in case of emergencies.
5. To maintain housing stock items and keep proper inventory of materials and tools required.
6. To maintain the team members' requests in the Message box application and close them in a timely basis.
7. To courteously enter rooms of Team Members, especially within the female block, and uphold integrity and honesty at all times.

Qualifications:

1. 12 years of experience in the same role.
2. Ability to apply analytical methods to understand and solve problems.
3. Ability to apply basic cost-benefit analysis principles as part of project/modification considerations.
4. Experience in overall maintenance in housing.
