Position: General Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct all sorts of fixes, repairs, and replacements including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool, and air conditioning.
2. Complete basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company-managed rental properties or offices.
3. Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.
4. Keep maintenance tools, used vehicle, and properties clean, organized, and in safe condition while conducting any operation.
5. Maintain and keep log of own inventory. Report all expenses and consumed materials to the superior in a proper manner.
6. Prepare or assist in preparing properties to a ready-for-occupancy condition and prepare inspection reports when required.

Job Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a similar maintenance role.
2. Knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
3. Proficiency in basic carpentry and painting techniques.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
5. Candidate should be located or willing to relocate to Fujairah.
6. Conversational level of English speaking, reading, and writing is required.
7. Must have UAE LMV - manual or automatic driving license.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
