Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment.
Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way.
Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all MEP systems available at the premises.
Maintain all lighting throughout the hotel.
Maintain all HVAC units.
Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
Complete all work orders pertaining to the hotel.
Answer all calls and perform repairs; if unable to do repairs, notify the duty engineer of the problem.
Maintain the reading of utility meters and report any deviations.
Conduct daily walkarounds of all plant rooms and workshops and report any deviations.
Complete the daily engineering operation checklist to ensure equipment is working in good condition.
Provide proper handover to the next shift with pending issues and major work updates.
Acknowledge complaints within the given time frame before escalation and complete the job; if pending, report to the duty engineer with detailed explanations in remarks.
Follow up on pending complaints during your shift and complete the work in coordination with the Engineering Shift Leader.
Perform PPM for all equipment as instructed by the Engineering Shift Leader on a monthly basis and update the PPM job sheet to be validated by the Chief Engineer.
Operate BMS System as per requirements and notify the Engineering Shift Leader of any changes made during your shift, such as override valves/fans.
Maintain cleanliness of the workshop, working place, and plant rooms before, during, and after work.
