Minimum Requirements:

• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Call, Weekend call
• ATLS required and ideally someone within driving distance
• Level 3 trauma
• Bread & butter GS with no scopes
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
