Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your multifaceted expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and resourceful teammates. You'll ensure that our operational infrastructure runs smoothly and aligns with our strategic goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Facility Management, Vendor Relations, and Health & Safety), manage budgets to maximize resource efficiency, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Overseeing the coordination of office supplies, equipment procurement, and the distribution of materials.
- Construction Site & Fleet Management.
- Manage facility layout, office space utilization, and any relocations or renovations.
- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and security of company buildings, including coordinating repairs, upgrades, and safety measures.
- Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conducting regular safety audits and implementing procedures to address any potential risks.
- Developing and managing budgets for general services operations.
- Monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and reporting on financial performance.
- Leading a team of support staff and providing training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Acting as the point of contact for internal departments regarding service-related needs and issues.
- Ensure that services meet the needs of employees and that requests or concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
- Planning and overseeing special projects related to general services.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Experience in staff supervision and development.
