Could you be the full-time onsite General Services Manager in Dubai, UAE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your multifaceted expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and resourceful teammates. You'll ensure that our operational infrastructure runs smoothly and aligns with our strategic goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Facility Management, Vendor Relations, and Health & Safety), manage budgets to maximize resource efficiency, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Overseeing the coordination of office supplies, equipment procurement, and the distribution of materials.
  • Construction Site & Fleet Management.
  • Manage facility layout, office space utilization, and any relocations or renovations.
  • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and security of company buildings, including coordinating repairs, upgrades, and safety measures.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conducting regular safety audits and implementing procedures to address any potential risks.
  • Developing and managing budgets for general services operations.
  • Monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Leading a team of support staff and providing training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal departments regarding service-related needs and issues.
  • Ensure that services meet the needs of employees and that requests or concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Planning and overseeing special projects related to general services.

  • Experience or understanding of facilities management, operations, or a similar service-focused role.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Experience in staff supervision and development.
