General Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on various hotel equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for room repairs or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs.
• Prioritize and address urgent maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

What We Need From You:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
