General Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential buyers and off-plan property trends.
2. Create tailored, effective sales strategies for the unique challenges and opportunities in off-plan property sales.
3. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring their readiness for successful off-plan property sales.
4. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of off-plan properties, providing accurate information to potential buyers.
5. Build and nurture relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through the off-plan property purchase process.
6. Oversee negotiations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring favourable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
7. Work closely with property developers to understand project details, timelines, and unique selling points.
8. Develop accurate sales forecasts for off-plan properties, considering market conditions and project timelines.
9. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns promoting off-plan properties and generating leads.
10. Ensure all off-plan property sales adhere to legal and regulatory standards, staying updated on compliance requirements.
11. Gather and analyse client feedback to enhance the off-plan property purchasing experience and improve satisfaction.
12. Regularly assess sales performance metrics for off-plan properties, identifying areas for improvement.
13. Establish and maintain strong networks within the real estate industry, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
14. Stay informed about changes in the real estate market, adjusting sales strategies to remain competitive in the off-plan property sector.
15. Ensure accurate and thorough record-keeping of all off-plan property transactions and relevant documentation.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

1. Must have managed a team of at least 10 in no more than two companies for a minimum of 5 years in the UAE.
2. Be educated to degree level.
