Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Doctor to join our home health care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being while offering personalized, patient-centered care. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations of patients in their homes.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring proper management and follow-up.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in compliance with medical guidelines and best practices.
• Coordinate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and health management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and emergencies.
• Provide palliative and end-of-life care when required.
• Stay updated with the latest medical practices and home care trends to enhance service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in UAE.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general practice, family medicine, or internal medicine (home health care experience preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare documentation systems.
• Flexibility to travel to patients' homes within the designated service areas.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
