General Practitioner- ER

Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a qualified and responsive General Practitioner to join our esteemed client, a reputable healthcare facility in Al Ain . In this role, you will be responsible for providing immediate medical care and intervention for patients experiencing critical and life-threatening conditions. Your expertise in emergency medicine will be essential in managing Code Blue situations while ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to Code Blue alerts, providing rapid assessment and life-saving interventions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in critical conditions, determining appropriate medical interventions.
• Stabilize patients while coordinating with emergency response teams and specialists for further treatment.
• Administer emergency medications and perform lifesaving procedures as needed.
• Communicate effectively with family members regarding the patient's condition and treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of interventions and patient progress.
• Participate in regular training sessions and drills to maintain readiness for emergency situations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Valid DOH license as a General Practitioner.
• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in emergency medicine or as a General Practitioner in a hospital setting.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills during emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in critical situations.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Orthopedic Specialty.
• Active participation in emergency medical training or workshops.
