You will perform relevant duties related to the production of Ecolab products by acting upon all the provisions of quality systems and complying with company health & safety policies and procedures.

What You Will Do
- Complete assigned production tasks in packaging, filling and mixing.
- Be responsible for all team members’ work arrangements and management.
- Maintain assigned equipment, facilities and monitor production safety in individual 6S area.
- Implement the company's principles, policies and operational requirements for quality, health, safety, environmental management.
- Strictly observe all the safety rules in the national laws and corporate safety regulations.
- Strictly comply with the code of conduct, employee handbook, work flow, operation standards and other regulations required by Ecolab, the factory, or the division.
- Complete other work assigned by direct manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical school degree.
- 3 years of experience working in technical production positions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Junior college education is preferred.
- Experience in chemical industry is preferred.
- Good command of quality control point for packaging, powder, filling and mixing; proactively implement quality control requirements.
- Understand the hazards of packaging, powder, filling and mixing; conducting proactive prevention and identification control.
- Comprehend and clear on packaging, powder, filling and mixing’ environmental factors and dispose process.
- Have basic skills to operate and maintain the equipment of packaging, filling and mixing.
- Based on a familiarity with packaging, filling, mixing equipment and working environment, being able to proactive find out, raise and participate in the process improvement.
- Demonstrate training and coaching capabilities to others on packaging, filling and mixing operation skills.
