We are seeking out national talent as a General Office Assistant at our location in Dubai. You will be a part of a vibrant, diverse, and determined team that aims to expand the business consistently.

What you could expect as a General Office Assistant:

  • Management of travel desk, coordination of travel requirements with the empaneled travel agents and issuance of tickets.
  • Managing hotel bookings and rental cars for employees and guests both locally and internationally as per the corporate guidelines.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and NOC’s.
  • Meeting room management, assist guests & visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, office lunches, dinner meetings, and company events.
  • Assist with various projects and support other departments as needed.

What we expect from you as a General Office Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in Business Administration preferred).
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  • A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks such as message taking and appointment scheduling.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
