The Role

1. Development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
2. Achievement of financial targets
3. Management and control of staff
4. Grow the company to the next level
5. Enhance company’s positive image and maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction
6. Promote and market company products
7. Achieve sales and profit targets
8. Enhance loyalty and retention of existing clients
9. Increase company client base
10. Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business
11. Negotiate agreements and competitive rates with suppliers
12. Analyse market conditions and re-focus business plan in response to market changes
13. Provide leadership and vision to the organisation
14. Exercise control over overheads and operating expenses
15. Keep all staff involved and motivated

Requirements

1. University graduate
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar field
3. Hold supplementary qualifications
4. Fluent in English (written & oral)
5. Effective communication skills
6. Excellent managerial & organisational skills
7. Ability to build, manage and motivate teams
8. Resilience to cope with pressure at peak times
9. High level of responsibility and professionalism
