JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Proven experience working in transportation management or a similar role.
2. Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
3. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software applications.
4. Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced transportation environment.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address transportation challenges.
