Leading supermarket is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Supermarket General Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of supermarket operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the retail and supermarket industry, with a proven track record in procurement, inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. Specific expertise in managing meat, poultry, and baked goods categories is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring high levels of efficiency and service standards.
• Lead procurement and import activities to maintain optimal stock levels and product quality.
• Monitor and manage inventory tracking, ensuring accurate records and minimizing waste.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relations.
• Focus on the development and growth of key categories such as meat, poultry, and baked goods.
• Train, manage, and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing operations in a leading local supermarket.
• Strong expertise in procurement, import management, inventory tracking, and customer service.
• Specific experience in managing meat, poultry, and baked goods categories is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
