Job description

Operate the Ride in accordance with the Operating Manual.
Perform Assistant Ride Operator duties as per the Operating Manual.
Maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene, reporting any concerns to the respective line manager.
Enforce all ride rules and regulations consistently.
Complete ride start-up and close down procedures accurately.
Organize and regulate access to the Ride station.
Ensure the ride platform is prepared for operation.
Facilitate safe and efficient loading and unloading of guests from the Ride.
Maintain Ride operation standards.
Check and maintain safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and emergency routes.
Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Document daily ride operations accurately.
Handle and lead ride downtimes and emergency situations as required.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Undertake any other tasks as required to meet business needs.
Pass the required certification to become a ride operator.
