GENERAL MANAGER - STUNNING VENUE, DUBAI!

Delighted to be working with this very high-profile Hospitality Group again who are looking for a General Manager for their high-profile Restaurant, Bar & Lounge venue in Dubai!

As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, team leadership, and P&L management.

Strong food and wine knowledge is required, along with a passion for delivering great food & service.

You must be able to manage a large, multi-cultural team of staff members.

We are looking for someone with a great personality, high energy, and a sense of humour.

Candidates must come from either an existing or prior Dubai/UAE background, ideally working within similar premium, high-end dining concepts – as it’s paramount that this person has their finger on the pulse when it comes to local clientele, local promoters, local marketing strategies, etc.

A hospitality degree is preferred.

Total package: circa 35,000 – 40,000 AED per month but potentially negotiable for an outstanding individual.
