We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a restaurant and catering business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining and catering experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily restaurant and catering operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
3. Lead and manage teams, ensuring high standards of service and productivity
4. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures
5. Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
6. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant/catering industry
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Ability to develop and execute business strategies
