General Manager(Niche Beauty)

Responsibilities:

• Full P&L responsibility: Sales & Costs
• Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
• Identify and develop new initiatives to grow the products and consumers by building strategic plans and go-to-market development plans.
• Restructure the department by ensuring the smooth operation of sales, finance, and supply chain.
• Define new growth strategies, including business development or activities to elaborate on organic expansion.
• Develop business interests and new relationships in the retail and wholesale market.
• Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating revenues for the company.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Promote the company.
• Represent the company in negotiations with clients, customers, key distributors, and maintain long-term relationships.

HIRING CRITERIA:

• 10 to 15 years + of luxury retail fragrance & commercial (distribution) business management experience in GCCI and international markets is mandatory.

Personal Grooming: High standard.

FUNCTIONAL PRE-REQUISITES:

Educational Qualifications: Business Degree advantageous.

Years of Experience Min: 15 years at the same level.

Industries Acceptable From: Luxury Retail - Beauty/Fragrance.

Languages Required: French mandatory.
