General Manager- Lifestyle Dining

Due to the continued growth of Sunset Hospitality Group, we are looking for an experienced General Manager for our lifestyle dining venues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Full P&L responsibility, optimizing revenue and profitability
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain brand standards while driving innovation and guest engagement
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and customer experience
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume lifestyle dining venue
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Proven ability to drive revenue, control costs, and manage budgets
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in pre-opening, brand expansion, is a plus
