Role: General Manager - IT Sales / HRO

Pay: 40k AED Plus Bonus

Job Summary

We are looking for a General Manager who is results-driven to lead and grow the IT Software Solutions Sales and IT HRO Business Management. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Customer Experience (CX) software, enterprise IT solutions, and IT HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) services, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of IT software solutions sales experience in the UAE.
2. Experience managing an annual sales portfolio of at least 5 million USD.
3. Proven track record in CX software, enterprise IT sales, and IT HRO business management.
4. Strong knowledge of Sprinklr or Genesys.
5. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
