Job Responsibilities
- Oversee budget preparation and financial management for facilities operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Coordinate and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective measures, to ensure building integrity and functionality.
- Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage space planning and utilization to optimize workspace efficiency and support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between departments regarding facilities needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Implement sustainable practices within facilities management, aiming to reduce environmental impact while maintaining service quality.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality meets organizational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Minimum 10 years experience in residential facility management in UAE.
