General Manager - Asset Management

We are looking for a General Manager of Asset Management to join my clients team.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the acquisition, management and optimisation of our diverse real estate portfolio. In this role, you will drive strategies to maximise asset value, oversee project development, ensure compliance with regulations, and improve the efficiency of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute asset and maintenance strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee project management, from planning to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Lead asset leasing activities, market research, and tenant relations.
• Manage financial performance, monitor budgets, and drive ROI across all properties.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
• Provide regular reports on asset performance and facilitate property development feasibility studies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve organisational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Asset Management certification preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience in asset or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in project management, real estate regulations, and financial oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic preferred.
