Key Responsibilities:

1. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead and manage the legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with UAE laws.
2. Liquidation Processes: Handle and oversee the legal procedures involved in company liquidations. Advise the management team on legal requirements and ensure compliance throughout the liquidation process.
