Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and objectives.
3. Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve company goals.
4. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
6. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams.
7. Utilize CRM software and other tools to enhance operational capabilities.
8. Analyze operational data to drive strategic decisions.
9. Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery.
10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role at a tier 1 exchange or launchpad.
2. Strong understanding of the blockchain and crypto industry.
3. Extensive experience in managing large teams and complex operations.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
8. Experience in business development and strategic planning.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
10. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the crypto space.
